I have run into this problem as well using Cisco IOS-XE Catalyst Switches as NTP sources. Can not get Cisco ISE to NTP auth with anything but MD5. I am also on ISE 2.7 Patch 4. I have 3 keys set up, all the same phrase for MD5, SHA-256, and SHA-512.

With your output I think I realized it is sha256 but I cant be certain on the type of mode on hashcat as 5700. I will try to crack with 5700 mode and will update.
