Most useful to me is the ability to filter by an attribute (i.e. class 6 roads or dirt roads in NH), create a new layer from that selection, then export that selection to a .kml file. You can then view the .kml file in Google Earth and have all the class 6 roads highlighted regardless of zoom level, with no start and stop markers.
