Texas Holey rock being harvested. September 14, 2010 by kajonconnection. We are on truck number 16 and 17 on an 1,400 acre hunting ranch in south central Texas. We will be harvesting until October 15th, and then we will go back to Texas after the first week of January, 2011. We spend approximately 10 months out of the year harvesting rock.
