If the pump is running and nothing is coming out of the valves over both grinding wheels you should see bubbles in the oil around the pump. Also, make sure the valves are open fully above the grinding wheels. BTI, the inside of the oil valves can become clogged with fine grinding grit and should be taken apart and cleaned.
