FOR THE GUELBS IRON ORE PROJECT 1. I submit the following report and recommendation on a proposed loan to Societe Nationale Industrielle et Miniere (SNIM) with the guarantee of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for the equivalent of US$60 million to help finance a project for the continuation of the company's iron ore mining oper-ation.
